1. Information We Collect

SayIt app collects the following information:

• Voice Recording Files: Stored on device and transmitted to server for STT conversion
• Advertising ID (AAID): Used by Google AdMob for personalized advertising
• Device Information: Android device ID, OS version, app version
• App Usage Statistics: Anonymous usage patterns for app improvement

2. Purpose of Use

• Providing speech-to-text conversion services
• App functionality improvement and optimization
• Providing personalized ads through Google AdMob
• App performance analysis and bug fixes

3. Data Processing and Retention

Voice Data Processing:

• All recording files are stored on the user's device
• Files are encrypted and transmitted to our server for STT conversion
• Voice files are immediately deleted from server after text conversion (within 24 hours)
• Users can delete recording files from their device at any time

Retention Period:

• Voice files on device: Until user deletion
• Voice files on server: Deleted immediately after conversion
• Usage statistics and advertising data: 2 years

4. Third-Party Data Sharing

Personal information is shared with third parties only in the following cases:

• Google AdMob: For advertising services
• Google Play Services: For app analytics and performance improvement
• When required by law

5. User Rights

Users have the following rights:

• Right to access, correct, and delete personal information
• Right to request suspension of personal information processing
• Right to claim damages

6. Children Under 14

This app does not intentionally collect personal information from children under 14 years of age.
